No cons. Probably in small markets the opportunity to grow if you do not have mobility.

None so far which i can think fof

5 years in a single organization but was moved to 4 teams, 6 managers, and 10+ project managers. Never had a manager for full year and churn of PMs led to lack of knowledge of project and frustration from swe team members.

bureaucracy gets in the way some areas does not have a great software engineering culture

Very fast pased so you need to be up to the mark to survive.

Lack of communication, processes, structure, and training

Stressfull, Micromanaged, Withoit vision no value in short.

Not as many in office perks as one might expect for a large tech company - no lunches and very few snack options

No training or training information available. Communication from management is poor - "the Mastercard Way" prevents people from speaking directly. Three major lay-offs within the past 3 years. Favoritism keeps poor performers in management and other key roles. High deductible insurance plans.
