New management, culture change, no more wfh

Pay is on lower side of compensation packages available in the industry.

Very toxic work culture, mass restructuring, benefits being reduced to nothingness, no clear business direction, management will simply ignore ideas you suggested despite it will speed up their transactions, I heard a colleague was told by a higher management, "you can leave the company if you dislike our system". Wow what a nice way to kill bright young minds
