Great company culture, positive environment, approachable senior management, generous 401K program, employee opinions matter.
Small organization but internal mobility still possible!
Universal banker
Pay, benefits including the cafeteria and members
When the team comes together its very, very good but otherwise it is horrible. I could not stand my manager or the manager above her. Too many conflicting ideas about my duties between the two of them, I should have left when the manager who hired me left. How did I know?
There are some genuinely good people that work here and the company is a good company and has decent benefits.
You will not be appreciated or compensated appropriately for your job or what you do. Many will get paid much more than you for doing much less. Don't work here
Assistant manager
None at all that I can think of they don’t care about their employee. Ask why no branches can retain staff.
Horrible culture Horrible upper management Outdated processes Horrible training
Teller
Generous vacation time and bonus
Low pay, no room to grow
The people are really nice
you might not everything you want
