Small organization but internal mobility still possible!

When the team comes together its very, very good but otherwise it is horrible. I could not stand my manager or the manager above her. Too many conflicting ideas about my duties between the two of them, I should have left when the manager who hired me left. How did I know?

You will not be appreciated or compensated appropriately for your job or what you do. Many will get paid much more than you for doing much less. Don't work here

NO EMPLOYEE CULTURE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT NO STAFF WHO WANTS TO WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK EVERY WEEK? MEMBERS ARE RUDE

People like to stay so not many openings.
