* Backstabbing office Politics * HOD that are clueless about different country Timezone * CEO that only listen to HOD never the people who does the work * Wasting company money for events that don't bring profit * Under staff for teams that really needs it * Work load that is outside the jobscope role * Outside of office hour messages * Gym staff paid is based on ticket they receive if less people going they get pay less. * Working on events have no overtime pay, also you can only get event pay trip outside of Selangor district. * Coffee that you need to pay there's no free coffee or tea. * Bad Team Leader brainwashing people to make you look bad so you get bad review even when you do everything as told. * Shouting slogan to improve they never improve just get worse * Same stuff yearly with no improvement * Backward Mentality * Too much Meeting and less time working * Bad Management * Clueless and powerless HR
