Learned the most over the past several years. Department improved how projects were tracked.

Some management is TOO hands off, leading to miscommunications/confusions with responsibility
Some talented professionals who are supportive team players & dedicated to the company's objectives, above their own ambitions, needs and health. Stability for those who are content with banal work tasks that are well-below their expertise & skills.
Out of touch middle management refuse to follow company-wide policies, standards & industry best practice. More focused on protecting unqualified 'old furniture' than to progress company values & growth. No regard shown for staff welfare/wellbeing, with wages half the industry average has led to an exodus of key staff over the last 5 years. Innovation is forbidden, so is access/time/investment for meaningful training, continuous improvement or career growth, decades of dedication and exceeding performance KPIs being disregarded and unappreciated. An ironic dystopian working environment where doing the right thing is punished, while those who regularly don't have the company's best interests at heart, are rewarded.
Good pay, benefits, and time off,
Bad planning, Bad training, PMs doing know what thier doing, management takes advantage of the power they have over you. Company is getting too big. You can treat every department the same when they all do something different.
Flexi work hour . Only this are good
Work flow are very old school. Many people are old ages and managers only like office politics rather than upgrade how work being done. Only like to please their bosses
