1. Almost everyone is bad a communication skills. 2. PM is supposed to write user stories. PM here does not even know what user stories are. 3. PMs do not believe in writing requirements in detail due to which projects and teams suffer. 4. There is no process in place to keep a check on people for their competency. 5. Majority of the crowd is old. 6. No work-life balance. 7. No HR
