Understaffed and busy as assistant supervisor

Nothing more can I say.

work load can be heavy at times, but it is bareable. Be ready for physical tasks.

Mostly higher staff likely to control staff, and the stock always come in large quantities, which lead to use a lot of space

Pay basic salary with lot of workload, have to know how to multitask and have more patience in handling fussy or rude customer. Always short staff.

Overwork. Depending on your department but for my case every one seems to be doing the job for 2 - 3 people. OT is a normal practice. Career growth are slow and sometime stagnant. Staff benefit is very basic

I don't see any cons

No downside as the team work is nice

Overtime is not an option at some places

I have no negative comments about this company so far.

Locations are not the usual office environment

They didn't provide extra time for the male worker to go to the Friday prayer.

Your offday/leave on weekdays, sometime not have much time with family. But still you can manage your own leave. No Problem at all.

There are noticeable internal groupings and office politics, with signs of bias among certain teams. Management quality is inconsistent, with stronger leadership mainly limited to the founder and immediate family. There is also a high presence of family members within the organization, which affects professionalism and decision-making. Overall operations can feel unstructured and lack proper corporate governance despite being a listed company.

Need to work in a long shift (12 hours). No time for family.

Poor management, long working hours, phone are restricted during working, not recommended. Little salary not worth the pain.
