Pros

-Great teammates — supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. -Office location is super convenient, directly connected to the LRT. -Flexible working hours (though this depends on your manager and team). -Fast-paced environment that keeps things exciting, but still manageable.

Cons

-The annual flexible benefit is quite limited — all medical and wellness claims come from the same pool, so it runs out fast. -Team direction often shifts, making it hard to stick to long-term plans or strategies. -Management can be difficult to deal with at times — communication and expectations aren’t always clear. -Budget constraints are a recurring issue, which limits execution and creative freedom. -Annual leave is pro-rated — you only earn one day per month, which really limits time off especially early in the year.

Office facilities are upgraded usually, near lrt. Benefit structure is flexible.

Cons

Young Management so you have very unprofessional, inexperienced and toxic managers. Pay increment is very little. Always over work employers and the people in the company don't believe in the product, have very bad track record.
