Product/Market fit is well defined The solutions work and are well tested in the industry. Large customers with 60,000+users in production. Pre-built integrations with critical business applications i.e. SAP, Microsoft, Siemens, and the extensible to the rest of the enterprise including homegrown applications, cloud, or on-premise. Solves real business problems that executives care about i.e. Security, Compliance, Productivity,... The company currently holds 50 patents with 30 pending..not may other "Startups" can say that. We solve the problems around ABAC and DRM in a way that nobody else can. Solex partnership with SAP is huge especially when it comes to getting a seat at the table with executives and mind-share. New solutions coming out very soon will be the 1st of their kind so overall there is very little competition. Hired an A Player SVP of Sales from Cloudera who is bringing in other A players and heavy hitters who know what they are doing. The people across departments are great and helpful for to sales. The CEO is fully supportive and helps in any way he can. He is very smart and passionate about the company, industry, and the technology. Quota is actually achievable and you getting treated like a sales professional. Strong Pre-Sales team Comp plan is as strong as anything out there right now.
The company is still maturing as it continues to ramp up sales and marketing so we're a little light on tools and resources but I see this changing. Need more market awareness especially with all the competitive differentiation we have. CEO needs to let go a bit and trust in the team he's bringing in
Startup mentality, easy access to people within the organization. Very good solution and great partnerships with other vendors.
Complex Solutions which are challenging to sell.
Great coworkers and a great place to learn new things. Its a good start for your career
