- Management has changed & improved a lot compared to the "old Nuffnang days" as they are open and willing to hear you out. - Encouraging and supportive culture not only in terms of work but friendship. - You will definitely learn a lot when in Nuffnang as almost everyone is willing to share their knowledge and advice. Employees work hard and play hard too.
- Certain roles may not allow you to have that work-life balance. - Not much room for climbing the career ladder. - Those who are not in the advertising industry would think that Nuffnang is dead.
1. Great office culture! (Super love the vibe) 2. No robots around, the office is filled with good souls (Understanding management, not heartless like other companies) 3. Flexibility in almost everything (They give opportunities to those who seek for it) 4. Open environment (Everyone can voice out their opinions to the top management) 5. Fun crowd (Not just all work, no play but all work, all play as everyone knows how to balance both)
1. There is room to improve in terms of medical benefit 2. Really can't think of anything else though
They have great culture and very community driven
Work life balance is non-existent due to the industry. Lack of support at times
- open to exploring new ideas - no red tape; very open communications across executives to management - fun and friendly working environment - flexible to a certain extend: No strict clock-in/clock-out rules, but based on trust on employees - encouraging working environment; milestones are celebrated together - colleagues are open to share ideas and help each other improve - healthy working relationships amongst colleagues, nurturing an environment that is wholesome (eg: no weird hanky panky, colleagues become genuine friends etc)
- office space is slightly cramped, but not up to the point where it is uncomfortable - benefits may not be as competitive as large corporate companies
