There's no any training provided although they said they will train you on the first day

Working in OPPO is like you need to choose between your family or work. We called our work as "anti-family". Most of its employees especially those in higher position works more than 8 hours a day and even on rest day.

Too much unnecessary reports need to do. Too much politicals when getting promotions.

Rotating Shift and long working hours including breakfast. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner snacks qualities are very poor which badly affect the health.
