1. No process for anything, no learnings to enhance your carrer 2. Management driven by Chinese and their work culture is very bad they will never be satisfied with your work no matter how hard you try 3. Appraisals and bonus are below average 4. You will only survive if you can speak in same tone with Chinese 5. Lots of internal politics in team ...... List is really big in short if you want to trade your peace of mind for a bit of money then only you should join
