Not Suitable for Fresh Graduates – High Expectations, Low Support 1. Minimal onboarding or structured training. The first two days focused mainly on report preparation and system data entry, with limited guidance on actual business operations. 2. By the third day, was expected to make pricing decisions independently with very little context or mentorship. 3. Although management mentioned there would be “backup support,” assistance was often unavailable when urgently needed. 4. Feedback culture felt discouraging rather than developmental. Raising concerns was sometimes reframed as lack of effort. 5. Expectations were closer to managerial-level performance while compensation and experience level were aligned with a fresh graduate role. 6. Work-life balance culture was unhealthy. Although official working hours ended at 6pm, leaving on time was informally discouraged. 7. Compulsory meeting even when on medical leave. 8. Attempts to seek clarification from seniors were not always welcomed. (even is the first time asking this question)

MD lacks experience and this shows up in the strategic direction being taken. Work/life balance is non-existent. Revolving door in terms of joiners and leavers with the current record being held by someone who lasted 3 days!
