Customer service representative
Most of your fellow colleagues are in the same boat, just trying to get by and not make waves.
Management promotes, and along with HR, fails to discipline bad managers/supervisors. The bad people get moved around until they are someone else's problem, but never fired. Complaints are not taken seriously. You are retaliated against (directly, and indirectly--but good luck proving it, the system is designed in their favor). The rank and file are consistently and repeatedly blamed for poor management decisions, poor training, poor guidance, etc. Zero accountability, but they will take all the credit when times are good. Avoid at all costs.

Good for fresh graduates as long as you get assigned to a team handling developer projects. Support roles there is not much for a career advancement.
Too many corporate documents from timesheet recording to weekly reports to start of day reports to end of day reports to monthly reports to metric reports that you have to create.
