After reading a previous review from an ex-coworker who said that the IT manager doesn't allow other options, I am writing this review. This review made me realize that I should also write about my experience. HE IS RIGHT—It doesn't matter how silly their idea is—they don't listen to anyone else; there is only their way. I joined OSTTRA enthusiastically, thinking it was an excellent opportunity to grow and do what I love. OUCH! A few weeks later, I realized it was a mistake. There is no way to improve, and I brought 13 years of experience, and I ended up doing what I was doing at the beginning of my career. Sorry! I left for a much better opportunity and am way better now, even though I was sorry to leave some wonderful people I met in the same situation as me.
