Major micromanaging problems. Strict rules on phone usage. Miscommunication is bound to happen due to having several parties that you should inform to about anything job-related.

Bitc* customer & seniority so suck

sometimes is very busy, need to communicate with different customer

Minimal incentives and increment over the time

Long hours of working and not allow to use phone. Dont have proper lunch hour

Have to work in shifts and holidays need to refer to person-in-charge or supervisors to get approvals plus off-day is Monday-Friday only and if one brand has only 4 manpower, you have to choose what's available so limited options.
