Kpi might stress you out

KPI and sales target are stressful

lots of hardwork at start

No flexibility, lack of understanding from managers, office culture can be quite political

Need to provide job at other client if project finish at 1 client

not very flexible but still ok

Was stuffed around twice - being advised to go for an induction then the next day being advised that the job is on hold. Then the 3rd time was contacted asking if I was still interested in the position, to which I advised yes. Went in for an induction and walk around - placed in a section for 2 hours (NOT PAID) and the Team Leader advised me to start Monday as they were happy with my performance. Next day received a text saying I was unsuccessful?????? And they wouldn't advise me of the reason and couldn't explain what happened between being offered the job and all of a sudden being unsuccessful. Very poor comunication and very very poor dealing with prospective candidates. What's worse is that I knocked back another job I was offered. They really don't care - they just want to fill places. Their office staff are usless and don't speak or understand english properly either - just disgusting all round

comms structure sucks, global business with backwards rules and processes. Delusional management. There are more people leaving the business then being hired
