Layoffs almost every year which shuffle everything

Microagressions. No annual pay raises to combat inflation. Metrics constantly change and it’s giving me whiplash. You will have to move to a different city or state for an opportunity. Leadership does what they want although they send surveys and ask for feedback. If feedback is not line with their expectations, it will not be accounted or put into action.

No.., nothing as a cons

I have no Cons regarding Pfizer.

At times Work load is a bit alot

The learning curve for a position in Quality is 3months to 1 year before you are able to perform the job. In that time just about everyone you started with has moved on to another career or position. The hiring process takes 3-6 months. They are not family friendly and you will be punished for using paternity leave and caregiver days.

Unfortunate if they transition out of area you work in

Enjoy full overtime, was paid, expected client demands

Continuous change of strategy, leadership does not connect well with employees
