Everyone stepped up during the pandemic. We needed to, we wanted to. Lives were at stake. We did it because we cared. It was personal. Near the end of the pandemic/post pandemic the company said we know that we can get products to market more quickly now and we are going to capitalize on that. We may have chosen to step up during the pandemic, but it is not sustainable.

IT is crushed right now with work. Way overloaded. Really peaked during pandemic but has gotten worse with IT restructuring / lay offs. It will be interesting to see what it looks like in 5 years.
