No room for growth really, at least within my team

The work environment is not optimal though

bad culture, too much DEI ruining the culture and leading to bad hires, poor upper management does not think strategically and does not trust employees

Only few get promoted always , hr unresponsive

Senior leaders are out-of-touch with colleagues' priorities. Don't expect the same work from home or hybrid flexibility you might find at similar companies. Pay is slightly below industry average for companies of its size.
