Cost focussed Abrupt changes in company strategy

There was no formal training and you were just thrown into the fire

Salaries too low comparing to other tech companies. Experienced people are paid less than new hires just because the we hired years ago. Local (Thessaloniki) management is trying to keep employees from leaving by reaching out to other companies in the city to stop recruiting them!!! Difficult to grow within the organization.

Significant organizational churn and restructuring.

Vertical movement is difficult. Easier to go horizontally or diagonally.

Easy to get lost and find help within a large company

Sometimes political but you can find a good group of people to lighten up the day

Lesser pay in comparison to market value

No organization & high turnover rate!
