Great benefits. Professional development. Excellent opportunity to climb
None that are very serious
Director, engineering
Great people who have the best interests of patients in mind, most have been with Pfizer for the majority of their careers. Technology & Innovation is actively pursued as a real mission.
Executive leadership seems pretty clueless to what is actually needed and how to accomplish goals, very narrow-minded and reactionary. Layoffs / restructuring every 6 months. Compensation for technical areas is not well-aligned with industry standards. HR looks good cosmetically, but underneath the hood, it is *incredibly* inept across the board.

Lots of great things happening at Pfizer, a strong benefit package, flexible work arrangements are encouraged, numerous opportunities to move for the right person.
inconsistent policies and practices, too much focus on investor and media perception, pay not keeping up with competitors and inflation
