Good compensation and benefits, Prestigious-sounding company
1. Toxic culture - everything must be done at "lightspeed" which means working more hours to finish projects in a ridiculously short span of time at the expense of employee physical and mental health. The irony is they are always driving simplicity and mental health awareness. To demonstrate, my average actual standard work hours is 60 hours / week and I experienced my team being pushed to work a total of 150 hours for 2 weeks straight without additional compensation. 2. Operations are constantly disrupted by restructuring every 1 or 2 years. The fastest l I saw in my number of years of working here was a restructuring after 6 months. 3. They don't really care about people. Executives only care about their own pockets .
Pfizer has great benefits, and competative salary
