Many learning opportunities, Lean six sigma, kaizen, for manufacturing enviroment. Grateful for the training and learning opportunities and transferrable skills. Pfizer is a great manufacturing company that has many learning and training development. Met some of the nicest , and wonderful colleagues and mentor here in Pfizer
Insane work load due to manpower headcount budgeting ( 1 person running a minimum of 3 person workload) Be expected to the long working hour and ridiculous dateline. Salary is very low compared to other industry and the remuneration is not worth the torture and mental health. Change in the management with huge influx from A particular competitor company that has a total complete different culture as the PFIZER culture. The management SLTs do not embrace and encourage Pfizer culture. The management SLTs are only focus on deliverables and minimum care to employees well being and growth. TUAS sg site. Any one who wishes to avoid mental Health (depression, work anxiety) - look elsewhere. Any one who wishes to start a work life balance- you are in the wrong place.

Micromanaging Managers are all about favoring certain people. Lazy people get away with being lazy. Good workers get no praise or recognition but get lazy people pull their weight one day and get huge recognition. Lots of manipulation and bullying going on. No culture what so ever. No one especially managers care about staff. You get promoted if your friends with the right people. Open door policy non existent - they want you to say nothing about problem they don’t want to hear it. Very toxic. Not a friendly place
Entry to product based Learning
Pay too low Internal Growth
Decent pay & some good people here and there
Company only cares about money, barely any pay increases and random lay offs
I think is a pretty chilled work environment for business roles. They pay considerably well and the culture is pretty calm. You feel right doing good work or extras given the life balance and fair pay.
As a traditional pharmaceutical company holds the culture of a dinosaur company. Most of the management is based in US, a lot of them are more focused on their calm retirement than on making young people exploit their potential and capacity. Hence, making a progressive career may get a bit slow and as you are paid more than okay it may end up working against your career development.
Work life balance is good
Lack of growth opportunities at Pfizer
