Terrible, ancient systems and technologies, ambiguity in communication causing a lot of confusion, Pfizer takes pride in its DEI despite most of communications (emails, townhalls,…) being in Polish language, one day they tell you your job is safe and the next day they lay you off.

Honestly, there are none. Depending on when you join and your previous work, they might be willing to pay to avoid their workload from imploding.

Work location is difficult to travel to. Workload can be overbearing, even if you cleared it in time. Work culture and system caters to overtime.
