Phoenix Signature Kitchen was founded by Ng Mun Foong, whose passion for healthy cooking and innovation drives the company. She is a certified breastfeeding peer counselor and has completed courses in confinement cooking and traditional Chinese herbs. Her certification was obtained from the National University of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, known for professional training in confinement care and nutrition. Additionally, she gained practical knowledge from her mother, a well-regarded confinement nanny with over 30 years of experience in Malaysia and Singapore.
