
This role is an internship position in Customer Experience & Operations focused on connecting with customers, managing orders, and supporting the operations of a wellness brand. The internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
As a Customer Experience & Operations Intern, you will assist customers, manage orders, and support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, coordinating orders and deliveries, maintaining records, supporting administrative tasks, engaging in community activities, and providing feedback to enhance customer experience and processes.
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Warm, patient and people-oriented personality with an enjoyment of helping others.
Organized and responsible with the ability to follow through on tasks.
Tech-friendly and familiar with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools.
Passion for women’s wellness, motherhood, health, or community work is a significant advantage.
