I would say the pros is they pay quite high which is 10/hour!

Good pay for fresh grads to build a portfolio because you will learn to do 3 or more different job scopes at the same time. It's a good deal for people who want to build a career here.
Not a good place for someone who cannot read people's minds. You will have to work OT almost every day, of course, not getting paid. If you leave early, your boss will be unhappy. The deadlines for each task aren't logical. Cameras are everywhere, they hear what you were talking about every day, sometimes you will get caught for taking 5 in the CCTV they will eventually send it through WhatsApp group. Wait until they reveal everything to you. After all, it's all up to you. Good Luck!
