The pay is exceptionally high for senior managers or above. Their bonus (AIB) is more than 30%, that is why they seldom move. The workload is competitively low for this salary.
It is a UK brand but local work culture & people are not working but playing politics around the office. The business outlook is bad, as it has 2/3 business come from China. The senior management is terribly bad. In the last 2 years, they keep laying off the staff (prem & contract) before the ORSO is vetted, to cut the cost as much as possible.
