Company mission statement not reflected in actions of out-sourcing providers. Customer service experience very poor, mostly due to outdated systems and stodgy processes. Internal communication is almost non-existent, with direct communication to some processing areas not allowed at all. Staff are brilliant and everyone wants to do the best for clients, but are often let down by systems and communication.
