Senior consultant
-Some bright people, who most times know what they're doing -Some managers are at the top of their field, so if you're lucky you can actually be a part of some interesting projects. They are not the majority, nevertheless. -Lots of state of the art technology available -Lots of training opportunities -Lots of challenges
-British Plc being sold/moved to Hong Kong (downsizing) -Most managers priority is play politics, not actually listening to technical subordinates -Most people are afraid to speak up and only tell management what they want to hear, 90% of messengers are "shot down". -Risky place, too loose with regulations and corporate truth -Some managers don't care to know implications of choices, they just choose Yes/No with no basic scientific/legal principles, only internal politics. -Dementia factory: pressure is high, work is stupid and repetitive, teams don't have good mental health and no real support is given.
Anonymous employee
- Generous and good flex benefit. Can be encash to shopping voucher. - Good place to retire if you like to work without using brain
- Ever changing leadership. No notice, no announcement, they just disappeared like that... - Zero empathy towards employee. Leaders pretend hard to listen to employees. All talk, no action. - Everything outsourced to Tech Mahendra. Well done.. everything is sinking now. Zero ownership on almost all infra related stuff. Ops support are really really bad.

Flexible working hours. You can work from home in the day and come to office at night. It depends on your recruitment drive.
Disjointed and disorganized agency management that leads to unnecessary intra-agency infighting. Heavy recruitment that is akin to cult-like ponzi scheme culture.
