Low Bonus payment, Many Ad-Hoc Stufds

If not achieve sales no payment

everything is good no cons

I had joined Prudential plc as BA for their India Health Insurance. Prudential is trying to enter health insurance without involving ICICI as partner and they have failed miserably. - No or fake leadership who have grouped together through recruitment collusion including their chief executive - High level of politics with world's like start up , blue ocean - No work ,only drama and bootlicking - Waste of time - they will not accept any kind of suggestions, irrespective of how humbly you present the facts and figures - Poor direction .They started with some strategy of launching some wellness app - Pulse and then after two years realised that they are late into this segment

Nothing bad need to hire more staffs

the salary is base on commission

Heavy workload but nice manager

Everything is based on your sales, commission based

Political and incompetent leaders who can not drive company
