If you like taking a lot of work, you will be happy. If you like workign weekends, long weekdays, and PH - you would be overjoyed, coz that's what the expectations will be.
None really, apart from a really effed work environment. I cant believe they are in the business of trust! They treat workers as commodities, and will discard you as one.
