Work life balance is not sufficient

Lack of projects, lack of experienced team members

Firm needs to rethink their promotion planning as there are alot of Senior Associates and employees in all grades that are demotivated as a result of the structure created within the firm which determines who gets promoted or not. Bonus - Bonus is very small compared to what the partners take. I don't expect to take even 5% of what they get but I think a firm such as PwC - can pay employees £10k or more based on the inflow of revenue. Overtime - Senior Associates do majority of the work in the firm but are not allowed to bill for overtime. Again, this is something the firm needs to look into as we work like slaves.

not flexible regarding hours and some "oldworld" policys are taking place
