Fantastic learning & development opportunities, not just through ample formalized learning programs and a good learning platform, but also through opportunities to work on a broad range of projects collaborating with different departments and expertise. You can learn more here through hands-on exposure in a few years than a typical 10 year career.
Breeds a very competitive environment by openly pitting peers against each other in open forum conversations about individuals performance. I believe this in attempt to improve transparency and fairness, but the reality the process extremely political. Although they work on a matrix reporting structure, the culture is extremely hierarchical and pushing back on impossible or unreasonable expectations or workloads is ‘encouraged’, but actually very frowned upon and feels like a big taboo / career suicide. Having said all that, I would go back in a heartbeat because the pros outweigh the cons. Nowhere’s perfect.

PwC worst toxic company I ever worked for. Negative gossiping is kind of normal thing for everyone here: they smile at your face but will sabotage you behind your back. And guess where it starts from? HR. Don’t expect any support on ethical issues here, because once you refer they blame it all on you without even trying to dig into the problem. Overwork is never paid, and salary is lower compared to the amount of work done. 24/7 slavery is expected from everyone here. Complete internal chaos under disguise of “building trust in society and solve important problems”. I’ve seen many really good consultants fired just because they’re not enough bootlickers. Non-core staff is treated as lower class here. The ARROGANCE is still striving well in this company despite of its long term attempts to get rid of this status. If you care of your mental state, don’t work there.
