Manager
PwC is a great place to work with diverse set of people. The projects are hectic at times but its always a good time with the right team
PwC can improve employee engagement at a broader firm level
Associate director
It is a pure consulting firm in nature. Focus is on relationship building than on technology.
Sales and Marketing is very much needed to survive in the firm at any level.
Assistant manager
- Long working hours but at least your hard work gets recognised with very high bonus - Even got spot bonus system, you do well you get rm500 on the spot - Good culture overall, speak-up system so it is impossible to get bullied by bosses - Flexible, can WFH, less micromanagement from bosses - No politics, quite transparent - Strong process and systems in place, everything is efficient (from Ops, to IT support to HR)
- Difficult promotion in Risk Services, some stuck at SA2 for many years cannot get promoted to Manager - Difficult risk management processes by RisQ and slow response time by RisQ. RisQ teams are difficult to reach and ghost you on Teams.
Senior consultant
Large inclusive flexible and full of opportunities
It depends on the team and the leadership
Consultant
Good to work, more learning opportunities
Nothing to mention much about
Associate auditor
Great people, good atmosphere, free snacks
Cafeteria food should be discounted.
Great learning place, good projects
No bench scene- office politics
Senior associate
Good culture but could be better
Long hours but could be worse
Lot of workload but nice team
Intransparent communication from the leadership
Great benefits and resources for employees
Bad work-life balance, and a steep learning curve for new hires
