Director
Interesting work, great people, fantastic teams, top brand client. Great for resume building. Compensation is ok, not particularly generous.
There is always a scandal somewhere in PwC, just look at what happened in Australia. Partners are self-serving and lacking in basic ethics. Internal processes are badly thought out and inefficient. Plenty of favoritism and bullying. Big words about diversity but only in some places. Benefits are poor. No flexibility when things go wrong.

- Busy season - Managers make or break your experience
1. Wide scope to learn on the job 2. If I am something today, it is only because of my PwC experience. 3. Lovely colleagues
1. Long work hours/weekends could take a toll on our health 2. Overlapping project deadlines adding to the pressure
Tax associate
