PwC is an incredible place to learn real consulting fundamentals: structured problem-solving, client communication, and delivering high-quality work under pressure. You’re surrounded by very smart, driven professionals, and you gain exposure to major projects early on. The training resources are strong, and you build a powerful professional network across industries. If you perform well, managers trust you with ownership and meaningful responsibility.
Workload can get intense during critical project phases and deadlines. Hours aren’t always predictable and the learning curve is steep, especially if you’re directly managing deliverables for senior stakeholders. You need to be comfortable working fast and responding to changing priorities. It’s not the place for someone looking for a slow pace or repetitive tasks.
work space and money, big 4 name
work life balance, hectic people, micro management
good brand and good pay scale compared to other big 4
Workload can be high sometimes
Very Helpful team and good management
Nothing as such I can think of
The colleagues I worked with were fantastic as were the client opportunities.
The usual consultant/corporate hoops to be jumped through each year.
Good name Big Company A lot of exposure to different things
Toxic environment A lot of politics
Good career path and clear promotion
Pay not high and overtime
Good training; diverse projects; good name on the CV - respecting in industry
Impersonal; cannot unlock true passion work

Sometimes demanding Can be difficult to progress
