Recruiter
Nice building with a great location in Irvine.
Randstad Professionals in Irvine used to be a great place to work until new management stepped in. Believe me when I say everyone is expendable no matter what your position. The company will sell you hard on why joining Randstad Professionals is a great opportunity and then a few months into the job you will realize how unrealistic expectations are and see your coworkers getting fired left and right. The turnover is very high and they keep refilling the same internal recruiting positions with employees that have zero industry experience. New recruiters are being set up to fail by lack of leadership and management blames the recruiters on lack of effort. This office can't seem to maintain a seasoned team, which is most likely due to what I believe petty female management letting their emotions get the best of them. I would strongly advise not working here and keep your options open as a job seeker.
