Silo into roles you excel, many members of mid-management are tenured from prior acquisition organization and lack skills thus delegating responsibilities. If you do not brush shoulders with the "right" people, your career will never advance.

Extremely low base salaries, not comparable to market. They earn a lot more than the bonuses they pay.

Salary doesn't match the work. Several of us are working 2 jobs just to maintain. They only have PTO, not sick time as well.

There is an extremely high amount of work expected and not much time for training, can be overwhelming.

I don't have any cons to mention

small fish, big ocean feeling

Big company, low interaction with other locations

this is only temp work

Low pay and not much room for growth
