Excellent job to learn how to assist Veterans all about their current and future benefits. I enjoy this job. The training that is in place is phenomenal. This means excellence in all aspects of the job.
Challenges include very good training with a lot of training to make the employee their best to assist the Veterans. This is not a con, just a comment of - if you do not want training at its best for this job, think twice of whether you can serve our Veterans with excellence.
