Employees are deputed at clients place and made to follow the rules and policies of the client, which is correct but leave encashments are not encashed especially when lot of companies have changed their rules in pandemic. Few employees exits interviews are taken. They play absolutely no role once the employee is deputed at client place.

Basic hygiene factors crucial for an organization are missing. Management has no clue about the functioning at the bottom most level. Continuous changes in strategies. No value for employees. They are treated badly and without respect.
