Trainee recruitment consultant
There's honestly nothing I can fault! The office environment is the perfect balance between professional and casual allowing maximum productivity whilst keeping the job engaging. As a new starter, I have been warmly welcomed by every member of the office. With no previous experience in recruitment I was apprehensive about the level of training I might receive, and the newly founded Tech academy has delivered on every level. Its in-depth and well structured allowing me to develop confidence in my abilities to perform. Even for experienced consultants it offers the opportunity to develop and progress. 10/10. I recommend Randstad Tech to everyone and anyone.
Completely dependent on the individual. Its incredibly fast paced with no room for passengers. Personally its the environment I perform best in, but it may not be everybody's cup of tea.

One of the most caring and rewarding companies I have ever worked for, honestly such an amazing company to be with. Been working with Randstad for over 5 years now and I have loved every second of it, I love my job, I love my Manager and I love my teams. Randstad really does care about their employees, the support and benefits we receive are amazing.

Better than average salary, good assignments, friendly consultants, easy communication. I liked the quality of the companies you are able to be placed with and opportunities for temp to perm. One of the better staffing firms I have worked with.
Not too many cons just the usual with employment agencies except that they don't offer holiday or vacation pay, that is the biggest con and why i am looking to leave, during the Christmas/New year holidays when you need a full paycheck you get hit hard with all the days off.

Not enough systems training, I have been here just under 6 months and have only been on the induction. Would be great to have training on data base and other systems used.
