Staffing manager
Bonus potential, promotional internal job opportunities
Work-life balance, a lot of turnover, bonus structure is contingent on your region’s and branch’s performance, base salary is lower than competitors
Anonymous employee
Its an excellent company to learn the ropes of recruitment as they provide great training.
Very undermining, juvenile, micromanaged environment. They set unrealistic goals in order to obtain a bonus and its almost impossible to meet. I have heard they have undergone a lot of changes since I was there, perhaps they have changed.
Language teacher
Very good service, they always try to find suitable work
Pay rate not bad, but could be better
They say a society is judged by how they treat their elders. A company is judged by how they treat their tenured staff. Lots of people with seniority are packaged out to make room for new staff making less money. Maximize your RRSP contributions Take advantage of education subsidy
If you can squeeze a lot of lemon out of your employees, you will become president
Implementation director
Randstad have a huge focus on well being of their staff and families and constantly offer support and advice on various topics of wellbeing
I do not have any negatives to share on this topic, as I am very impressed with what Randstad has to offer its employees
General operative
Pay on time, professionals, friendly.
God pay rate, life balance.
Data center engineer
Although its not for everyone, 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule personally work great for me. Great place to learn and really develop if that's what you want.
Not all team leads are as professional as my current lead and their teams reflect it. Its extremely annoying to want to head home after 12 hours and having the next team stroll in late constantly.
The staff in San Antonio are very friendly and helpful. They do place you quickly at a position, and work with you if the contract does not work out.
There are no Cons that I can consider at this time. I would say having more positions available in different locations around the city, but that would be more of a marketing/customer relations responsibility.
Customer service
Good environnement and good team
Work very hard and stressfull sometimes
Talent acquisition specialist
Nice working environment, modern structure
Low basic wages, too much competition.
