Uncapped commission so there is a high earning potential but it is really dependent on the market you are working in.
Extremely micro-managed and metrics-driven and the company is moving in an even worse direction in that regard.
Mobile account specialist
Some of the team members are helpful
The client engagement is poor other agencies have much better processes such as Manpower and Adecco.
Material handler
The best reason to work here is because there is no week in the hole. Randstad pays you weekly regardless of the assignment.
The main challenge of working for Randstad was getting steady work. My assignments were day to day. Some days I would be given work some days I wouldn't.

Good place to work, I
I don’t have any cons to share
The place you go to if you don't have time to look for a job and need someone else to do it for you.
The Oakville staff will call you if your skills "fit what their clients want" even if it's not what you're looking for, just so they can make their commission. They won't communicate otherwise. If you had a question, they wouldn't reply to your email unless you are a candidacy to their client. Horrible customer service and clearly do not care about anything except their pockets.
