Lots of resources and support from the corporate team
The top leadership turned an awesome company into one of numbers AND cliques. I stress the AND...you might have amazing numbers but if you're not in the clique you're on the outside looking in (and not liking what you see).

Pro-active company culture, strategy and focus remain consistent, employees feel valued, clear direction and focus from top down, employees are made to feel valued and understand the role they play in overall strategic direction.
Still working on developing a "one company" direction, much better and less silo mentality, but still work in progress.
