Senior software engineer
They will deploy people at good partner company.
Once after deployment they actually don't know what's happening to the employee and they never seek any information too. No proper hike no extra benefits.
Staffing consultant
Great culture within Randstad. It's a fast paced environment but everyone is so supportive of each other it's great. The compensation is great, the benefits are great and the training program is amazing!! Could not speak more highly of this company. Always have competitions ongoing so you have the chance to make great bonus and have some fun!
No cons. Everything is amazing
Anonymous employee
Good working environment, nice coworkers
Long hours and low salary
Consultant
Good commission structure Good for someone starting in Recruitment, they have a solid onboarding program. Great to see first hand why big recruiters have such a bad name I had 5 job offers when I was looking at leaving and everyone of them mentioned the training that consultants are provided - try stick it out for 18 months!
Prepare to be micro managed like never before Bad managers will destroy your confidence and tear you down Every single team has their own cliche group They don't exit interview their employees They are so sales driven they don't care about their candidates or clients, it's all about making money
Friendly Offices - the most friendly and inclusive offices I have ever worked in Community feel - which aids to job satisfaction Constant support with HR checkups every few months and company wide satisfaction surveys Progression opportunities - They look after the people that work for them and prefer to hire internally Development opportunities - RISE program that leads to a qualification
It is a big company so sometimes the big bosses can lose transparency (rarely though) and the money isn't as great as some dodgy recruitment company around the corner but I believe it is worth it as they invest that into your career
