No cons at the moment
The company is currently growing at pace and the working environment is therefore fast-paced, but this keeps things exciting! The variety of projects and people you get to work with means that no day is completely the same and you really feel that you are contributing to something larger than just your own business line. The people and culture are the real pros for me though. Since starting, I have met so many fantastic people who are not only great to work with, but are also brilliant when we all get together outside of work. I was made to feel part of the team from the moment I joined.
No real cons to speak of. As mentioned, the environment is fast-paced and there is a lot happening in the business, so if that isn't for you then that could be considered a con.
