Randstad is a great company to work for who will invest in you from day one. You have regularly training sessions and this is all set up for you to get the most out of your desk. Due to the training team that they have in place, there is always someone available to help if you feel stuck in any aspect of your role. The Cambridge office has a great team mentality and everyone supports each other. You have plenty of opportunities to drive your desk in the way that you want to and the management within the office really do give you a lot of support to help push your desk forward. The office really cares about your well being and offer you support if you do ever feel like you are struggling.
Strong Sales Dominated Company, it is a sales dominated business, so if you do not enjoy cold calling it might not be right for you.

Fantastic, fluid working environment where everyone has a voice. Training is available for all employees, from trainees through to managers, allowing everyone to learn from leading experts in their chosen areas. Each office location embraces and promotes Randstad's overall core values while also demonstrating and developing their own individual culture and incentives, from lunchtime pool competitions and Friday night drinks to dining experiences at Michelin star restaurants and weekend get-aways to European hotspots
