Customer manager
Variety of jobs. Possibility of working remotely
Don’t care about the employ The employees are just number and production machines…
Anonymous employee
Was hired and started quickly
Randstad reps didn't know very much about the job site they were hiring for. The place had very high turnover as work was very demanding and not very safe. They didn't seem to notice/care. Employee morale was the lowest I've seen at any workplace I've been in.
Fulfilment consultant
There are no pros working here.
-Poor senior management – No support. The regional manager won’t remember your name and the second time you meet, they will tell you that “it’s nice to briefly meet you”. -Bullying & Harassment – Will threaten you with your probation (do not book any appointments during work hours, they don’t like this). Will also use threatening language. -Favouritism – Management only cares about the top biller. -Belittlement – You will be made to feel like you are the problem. -No set commission structure – My commission structure was not set for the whole time I was there. It was constantly being reviewed by the regional manager. I only received commission 5 times out of the 11 months I was there. -You will not control your commission or how much you earn. Your colleague will. -Will tell you you’re a 180 consultant but really, you are a 360 consultant. -Micromanagement – Your colleague will constantly review what you do on their screen in front of you. -When letting management know about a work issue, they will tell you to “let it go over your head”. -Will use personal situations against you – DO NOT CONFIDE IN ANYONE. -Will mess around with hybrid working – Told me I could work from home in second week. In fourth week, they told me I couldn’t. -Left me alone from 4pm to 6pm as a new starter. -Constant toxic, gossipy environment. -Feedback will be given out of working hours, even weekends. -I did not receive a pay rise when the whole company did (I was told this was a cost of living pay rise) - I was not told why, instead I was told I had been given a significant rise in salary compared to my previous job. -You will be humiliated in front of your team – emails sent to the team about your mistakes. -Probation extended without a warranted reason – I exceeded all of my targets before my 6 month probation. -Extended probation ended in January, just after the companywide pay rise (Surprise, surprise). -You will not be given a pay rise once you pass probation and you will be told this is Randstad’s policy. -You will be blamed for mistakes made by others and you will have to investigate this yourself (When you raise this to management, you will be told you are taking it “too personally”). But you will still be told to take responsibility for the mistake and bookings – when I was told I have NO control over bookings and my colleague will deal with it. And so much more...

Continuous improvement
Great environment for ambitious individuals to thrive and make a difference. Team culture with a view to continuously do better for client, customers and employees.
Not a place for complacency or negative energy.
Litigation assistant
Pretty chill I would say
Sometimes not so chill I guess
teamwork, management, pay, perks, flexibility, culture.
strategic direction changes very often
Client support representative
I’m working at Republic Bank, but Randstad is my employer, just to clarify. Randstad was quick to find me work and they are very professional and helpful. Republic Bank has been wonderful, I have a great manager and team members. They provided good training and I’ve felt like I was a part of the team from the very beginning.
The position is temporary, but not all of them are.
Software developer
Remote-work friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Some options for career advancement.
IT Managers aren't properly evaluated and there aren't any skip-level 1-on-1s so lazy and toxic managers can freely destroy their team morale while reaping all credit for the work done and still get kudos for it. Very little effort in trying to motivate people and actually understand why they get demotivated in the first place. The attitude is mostly "good people don't get demotivated". Pay is a little bellow industry average.
Account manager
Training Program, Team culture, Some Flexibility, decent base for the industry
Travel to Phoenix, No established flex/remote work policy yet, office space is plain
